Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ bottle of flavoring (lemon flavor)
  • 150 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for 6-piece baking tins like bears

Cream the butter until fluffy. Add the sugar and eggs alternately. Add the lemon flavoring. Combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking powder and stir into the foam along with the milk. Pour the batter evenly into the tins and bake for approximately 25-35 minutes. Top/bottom heat: preheated to 180°C, bottom rack. Fan oven: 160°C, middle rack. Gas mark 2-3, bottom rack. After baking, drizzle with lemon glaze and/or decorate with icing.
