  • 1 tsp, heaped lemon zest, grated
  • 2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

First, combine the powdered sugar with the grated lemon zest over medium heat, then add the lemon juice. Heat everything while stirring constantly, then spread it on the cake of your choice.
