Ingredients for 30 servings:
- 3 egg yolks, of which the yolk
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 drops of lemon flavor
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 200 g almonds, ground
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, then knead in the remaining dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm and cut out shapes using a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice and drizzle with the lemon glaze while the cookies are still warm.
