Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, small, quartered
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp oil, olive oil
- 300 g sausage (chorizo, alternatively Debrecziner)
- 250 ml broth, meat broth, strong
- 125 ml wine, white, dry
- pepper
- Salt
- Thyme
- Garlic, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Fry the onions in oil until translucent, then briefly fry the sliced sausage. Add the potatoes and pour in the broth and wine. Cover and cook for about 25 minutes over medium heat. Season to taste. Serve with fresh baguette.
