Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, small, quartered
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp oil, olive oil
  • 300 g sausage (chorizo, alternatively Debrecziner)
  • 250 ml broth, meat broth, strong
  • 125 ml wine, white, dry
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Thyme
  • Garlic, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Fry the onions in oil until translucent, then briefly fry the sliced ​​sausage. Add the potatoes and pour in the broth and wine. Cover and cook for about 25 minutes over medium heat. Season to taste. Serve with fresh baguette.
