Lemon mince wraps

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 6 stalks of coriander
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 can of corn, approx. 330 g
  • 2 spring onions
  • 6 wraps

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes until crumbly. After about 3 minutes, add the onion. Mix together the lime juice, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and agave syrup. Add this mixture, the spring onions, and the corn to the minced meat and fry for about 1 more minute. Wash the cilantro, shake dry, and finely chop. Heat the wraps according to the package instructions. Cut the lettuce into small pieces and wash. Now assemble the wraps. Place the wraps on a plate and top with some lettuce. Add some of the minced meat mixture and sprinkle with cilantro. Fold the wraps and enjoy. Enjoy!
