Lemon Mini Muffins …

- 1 Egg
- 80 g Sugar
- 80 g Butter
- 1 teaspoon Citro – Back
- 2 tablespoon Milk
- 80 g Flour
- 0,5 Lemon fresh
- 4 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- Mix the egg with the butter, sugar, lemon flavor and milk. Sieve the flour over it and stir in. Grease small muffin tins and pour in the batter. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
- Squeeze the lemon. Heat lemon juice with powdered sugar while stirring. Poke holes in the muffins that are still warm (e.g. with the blunt side of a kebab skewer). Drizzle the lemon juice into the holes.
- Sprinkle the muffins thickly with powdered sugar.
