Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • ½ tsp, leveled baking soda
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), unsprayed, juice + zest
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 80 ml oil
  • 200 g lemon-flavored yogurt
  • Sprinkles, colorful

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, mix the dry ingredients together, then the wet ingredients. Fill into muffin cups (first paper, then solid cups), sprinkle with colorful sprinkles, and bake in a convection oven at 160°C for about 30 minutes.
