Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 ½ dl cream
- 10 tbsp white wine (dry is better than sweet!)
- 10 tbsp sugar
- 1 lemon(s), peel and juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Sillapup (don’t ask me where the name comes from…)
Combine all ingredients and beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Pour into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
