Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 100 g butter or margarine, semi-skimmed
- 125 g sugar
- 250 g low-fat yogurt (lemon flavor)
- 4 eggs
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 1 pack lemon peel, grated
- 1 small bottle(s) of flavoring (lemon flavor)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Combine all dry ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients and stir/mix until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into a bundt cake or pancake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 45 minutes. Test for doneness.
