Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 150 g cane sugar
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 6 tbsp oil
- 200 g natural yogurt
- ½ lemon(s), grated peel or alternatively 1 sachet of lemon sugar
- 180 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C. Beat eggs for about 5 minutes until frothy. Mix with sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, yogurt, and lemon zest. Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture and fold in until the batter is moist and free of lumps. Pour batter into the muffin tin. Bake muffins for 15-20 minutes.
