Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml water
  • 4 tbsp cream or milk
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Simmer the water with the ginger slices uncovered for about 15 minutes. Then mix with the cream or milk and honey. Serve hot.
