Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 1 onion(s)
- 130 g lentils, red
- 1 tbsp pesto, red
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Quick vegetarian pasta sauce
Finely dice the onion and sauté in oil until translucent. Add the lentils and sauté briefly. Add the vegetable stock, tomatoes, and pesto and simmer for 15 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper.
