Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 4 tsp, levelled sugar
  • 7 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk, 10%
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (7-herb vinegar)
  • 3 tbsp, heaped mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Classic home cooking with a touch of herbs

First, dice half an onion into small cubes. Add salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and condensed milk and mix until smooth. The mixture should taste quite sweet. Add vinegar and stir well again. If it now tastes like vinegar, everything is fine. Finally, stir in the mayonnaise. If desired, the sauce can be thinned with an additional spoonful of mayonnaise. This amount is enough for one large head of lettuce.
