Lettuce with herb vinaigrette

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 lettuce(s)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • n. B. herbal salt
  • n. B. herb pepper
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp, heaped herbs, mixed, parsley, chives, cress, …nB

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lettuce, tear the leaves, cut into bite-sized pieces, and drain well. Select any herbs you have on hand or prefer, wash, shake dry, and chop or cut into rolls. If desired, set aside a few herbs to sprinkle over the salad. For the salad dressing, combine everything in a bowl and mix well. Add the herbs and lettuce, and serve.
