Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of cream powder (paradis cream vanilla flavor)
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tbsp jam of your choice (e.g. strawberry)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar, if desired
- 12 ladyfingers, possibly more
- 300 ml milk
- 500 g berries (frozen)
- 1 tbsp fruit juice or liqueur or wine
- 1 tsp cocoa powder

Prepare the paradise cream according to the instructions using 300 ml of cold milk and refrigerate briefly. Line a large dessert dish with the sponge fingers. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of fruit juice, wine, or liqueur—depending on your taste—over the sponge fingers. In a bowl, mix the thawed berries with a tablespoon of jam and vanilla sugar, if desired. Spread the berry mixture evenly over the sponge fingers. Mix the finished vanilla paradise cream with the low-fat quark, spread the quark cream evenly over the berries, and sift the cocoa powder over the top.
