Light Gorgonzola sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml chicken broth
  • 4 tsp butter, cold (must be really cold)
  • 80 g Gorgonzola, mild
  • basil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

according to WW only 3 P. per portion

Bring the chicken broth to a boil and reduce slightly. Thicken with the cold butter. Crumble in the Gorgonzola and let it dissolve. Season generously with the spices. It won’t make much sauce, and it won’t be very thick, but it’s very flavorful, so you only need a little. Makes 3 portions per person. Serve with pasta, dumplings, or gnocchi! Don’t be surprised, it’s really not a lot of sauce, but it’s perfectly adequate!
