Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g Cremefine for whipping
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g sour cream
  • n. B. herbs, various or herbal
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 10 minutes

WW suitable

Whip the Cremefine until stiff and set aside. Trim the leek and slice into fine rings. Peel the garlic and chop very finely. Mix the quark with the sour cream, add the leek, garlic, and herbs, and fold in the stiffly whipped Cremefine. Season with salt until slightly salty. Place a fine sieve into a pot, pour the mixture into it, and refrigerate for 1 to 2 days to drain. The mixture will lose its moisture and become very aromatic. It’s also delicious as a dip.
