Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives (also frozen), cut into rolls
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

good with potato wedges, jacket potatoes or as a dip for vegetables

Combine quark, sour cream, and cream cheese. Peel and dice the onion and cucumber. Stir the chives and diced vegetables into the cream. Season to taste with paprika, salt, and pepper, and serve. Homemade potato wedges are the best accompaniment. Tips: If you like, you can also chop a bell pepper and fold it in. This quark can also be used as a dip for vegetables.
