Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup of cream
- 100 g double cream cheese
- ½ stock cube or 0.5 pots of pure bouillon
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
- Pepper, white
- n. B. Schabzigerklee
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cream cheese sauce, goes great with potatoes, vegetables and pan-fried dishes
Combine all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, and simmer for five minutes. The sauce will thicken slightly. We eat this sauce all the time with potatoes, vegetables, meatballs, fish sticks, schnitzel, etc.
