Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp apple juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients well and pour over the salad. If you like, you can also press a garlic clove through a press and add it.
