Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g icing sugar, or fine household sugar
  • 2 servings of instant espresso powder or 2 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 250 ml cream, fresh
  • 125 ml brandy
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla sugar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quickly prepared, super tasty

Dissolve the espresso powder with a little brandy, then mix it with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour into a decorative bottle. Shake well and store in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving. It will keep for two to three weeks in the refrigerator.
