Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ garlic clove(s), very finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp sesame paste
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, or freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ cup(s) water, maybe a little more
  • 2 tsp, heaped parsley, very finely chopped
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

delicious with raw vegetable salads

Sprinkle the very finely chopped garlic with salt and grind it into a paste, ideally in a mortar and pestle. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until a smooth dressing forms (add a little more water if necessary). Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, and enjoy it with a mixed raw vegetable salad or as a dip for a raw vegetable platter.
