Lilacberry Jelly with Apple Pieces

- 750 ml Elderberry juice
- 250 ml Apple juice
- 1 Pc. Squeezed lemons
- 350 g Sugar
- 1 packet Gelfix 3: 1
- 3 Pc. Apple peeled fresh, sour
- Ground cinnamon to taste
- Pour the juices into a tall saucepan, mix the sugar with the Gelfix and dissolve in the cold juice. Cut the apples into even small pieces and add. Heat everything and cook for 8 minutes. Season with cinnamon and pour into glasses that have been rinsed with hot water. Close the lid tightly and turn it upside down for 10 minutes, then turn it over.
