Lilacberry Jelly with Apple Pieces

  • 750 ml Elderberry juice
  • 250 ml Apple juice
  • 1 Pc. Squeezed lemons
  • 350 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Gelfix 3: 1
  • 3 Pc. Apple peeled fresh, sour
  • Ground cinnamon to taste
  1. Pour the juices into a tall saucepan, mix the sugar with the Gelfix and dissolve in the cold juice. Cut the apples into even small pieces and add. Heat everything and cook for 8 minutes. Season with cinnamon and pour into glasses that have been rinsed with hot water. Close the lid tightly and turn it upside down for 10 minutes, then turn it over.
