Limburger onion salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g Limburger
  • 1 onion(s), red or white, depending on your preference
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, light
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 shot of honey
  • 1 dash of mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove(s) grated or garlic granules

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Halve the Limburger lengthwise, cut into thin slices, and place in a bowl. Thinly slice the onion and add it. Mix together the vinegar, oil, mustard, honey, and garlic (preferably using a shaker) and pour over the cheese and onions. Mix gently and let stand for about 1 hour.
