  • 1 lime(s)
  • 2 chili peppers
  • Vinegar (white wine vinegar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Rinse a bottle with hot water. Wash the lime and chilies with hot water. Place the chilies whole in the bottle. Cut the lime into strips and place them on top of the chilies. Fill with white wine vinegar and seal the bottle. Let the vinegar infuse in a warm place for about a week. Then store in a cool, dark place. This vinegar goes perfectly with Asian salads, especially in summer.
