Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 oranges
- 75 ml Limoncello
- 100 g ladyfingers
- 250 g mascarpone
- 2 tbsp, heaped powdered sugar
- 100 ml milk
- ½ lemon(s), untreated, zest and juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 bowl of raspberries or other berries
- 100 g chocolate, dark
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, squeeze the orange juice into the mold and mix it with the limoncello. Place a layer of ladyfingers on top. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with milk, powdered sugar, vanilla, the juice of half a lemon, and the lemon zest until smooth. Spread the mixture over the ladyfingers and then the raspberries. Grate the chocolate over the top.
