Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tbsp yogurt, alternatively milk or quark
- 1 tbsp oil (linseed oil)
- 1 banana(s)
- e.g. raspberries
- ½ tsp honey
- 1 tbsp cereal
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the low-fat quark and yogurt in a bowl and mix with the linseed oil until creamy (you can omit the yogurt or replace it with milk or more quark, depending on your taste). I personally sweeten the quark cream with a little honey. Next, add the raspberries (thawed frozen ones also work) to the quark mixture. Cut the banana into small pieces or slices, add them, and mix everything together well. Finally, sprinkle the cereal over the top and/or fold it in. I use homemade crunchy muesli (found here in the Chefkoch database). Alternatively, Linomel (crunchy linseed and honey granules) together with linseed or wheat bran works well.
