Ingredients
 

alcohol

  • 700 ml Grain, 38%
  • 200 g Rock sugar

fruit

  • 700 g Apples green

seasoning

  • 1 tsp Dried lavender flowers

  • Wash and core the apples and cut into larger pieces

Manufacturing

  • Put rock candy (white), lavender blossoms and apple pieces with grain in an airtight glass vessel ... let ripen for approx. 4 months at room temperature, probably shake daily for the first five weeks and otherwise approx. 2 times a week
  • Line a sieve with a cotton cloth ... filter the liqueur base through, squeeze the fruit and let it drain

Storage & shelf life

  • Fill into bottles ... leave to steep for another 4 months at room temperature
  • The liqueur will keep for several months - before the alcohol content is higher, the longer the liqueur will last!

TIP

  • Over time, the aroma and taste come into play - the older the liqueur, the more intense its taste!
