Ingredients

- 700 ml Grain, 38%
- 200 g Rock sugar

- 700 g Apples green

- 1 tsp Dried lavender flowers
Instructions

- Wash and core the apples and cut into larger pieces
Manufacturing
- Put rock candy (white), lavender blossoms and apple pieces with grain in an airtight glass vessel ... let ripen for approx. 4 months at room temperature, probably shake daily for the first five weeks and otherwise approx. 2 times a week
- Line a sieve with a cotton cloth ... filter the liqueur base through, squeeze the fruit and let it drain
Storage & shelf life
- Fill into bottles ... leave to steep for another 4 months at room temperature
- The liqueur will keep for several months - before the alcohol content is higher, the longer the liqueur will last!
TIP
- Over time, the aroma and taste come into play - the older the liqueur, the more intense its taste!
