Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Butter at room temperature
  • 200 g Extra fine sugar
  • 250 g Sifted flour
  • 4 piece Free range eggs
  • 0,25 liter Red wine (high quality)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 150 g Dark chocolate sprinkles
  • 2 Tablespoon (level) Cocoa powder
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy.
  • Then stir in the red wine and the cinnamon powder, then gradually stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder and the cocoa powder until a smooth dough is formed. Then fold in the chocolate sprinkles.
  • Then bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° for about 50-60 minutes. Use a wooden skewer to test the dough to see if something sticks.
  • Take out, let cool down a bit, carefully turn out onto a large flat plate, let cool down completely.
  • Dust with powdered sugar, if you like, or sprinkle with icing sugar and some red wine.
