Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 50 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g chocolate, dark or milk
- 30 g wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt

Carefully melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in the melted chocolate and stir in the vanilla sugar and salt. Finally, fold in the flour. Pour the batter into serving dishes (or heatproof cups) and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Serve in the dishes with, for example, strawberries and vanilla ice cream. The chocolate cake should still be runny on the inside when served.
