Little Red Riding Hood Cake

- 100 g Butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Baking cocoa
- 200 g Flour
- 1 Pc. Morello cherries glass
Covering
- 500 g Quark
- 400 ml Cream
- 3 packet Cream stiffener
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 packet Red cake topping

- Process all ingredients except cocoa into a smooth dough. Smooth out half of the dough in a springform pan. Mix the other half of the dough with cocoa, carefully distribute evenly on the light part and marble with a fork or similar.
- Drain the cherries, collecting the juice for the topping. Spread the cherries on the dough and bake everything at 160 ° C for about 35-40 minutes. Then let it cool and cover with a cake ring.
Covering
- Whipped cream with 2 pk. Beat the cream until stiff. Quark with sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 pk. Mix the cream stiffener and fold into the whipped cream. Spread the cream on the cold floor.
- Make the cake topping with the cherry juice according to the instructions and pour onto the cake. Leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours.
