Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g liver sausage, fine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Unusual pasta sauce with two ingredients

Pour the sour cream into a large pot, remove the liverwurst from its skin, and stir in. Season to taste. Heat, but do not let it boil. Serve with hot pasta of your choice. Tip: Add a little extra pasta cooking water if desired.
