Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 head of Lollo Rosso
  • 8 cherry tomatoes (date tomatoes)
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with yogurt dressing

Clean and wash the lettuce. Spin dry the Lollo Rosso and cut into strips. Mix together a dressing from yogurt, olive oil, white wine vinegar, and the spices. Mix the Lollo Rosso with the dressing. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Arrange the salad on plates and serve garnished with the tomatoes.
