Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g pork
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp coriander, ground
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • pepper
  • 200 g Chinese cabbage
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 ginger, fresh
  • Salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • anise

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the pork into thin strips and mix with flour, coriander, oil, sugar, and pepper. Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips. Heat the clarified butter. Sauté the grated ginger and a pinch of salt for 30 seconds, then add the Chinese cabbage. Pour in 500 ml of water, bring to a boil, and add the meat. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, remove from the heat, and stir the beaten egg into the soup. Season to taste with anise.
