Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pot of natural yogurt (low-fat) 150g
  • some tomato paste
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch of fresh herbs (chives, parsley, cress, dill, lovage, etc.)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Simple, quick, and low-calorie dip for raclette, fondue, grilled food…

Mix the yogurt and tomato paste and season with spices. Wash and finely chop any herbs you like, and stir in. I invented this recipe for a raclette evening because my hostess wanted a low-calorie dip. Since then, I’ve always had to make this dip for her.
