Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g gluten
  • 60 g protein powder (baking protein)
  • 60 g spelt flour
  • 20 g flaxseed meal
  • 20 g psyllium husks
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 120 g sunflower seeds
  • 8 g salt
  • 20 g cream of tartar baking powder
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour the batter into an ovenproof dish lined with baking paper and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) on the second rack from the bottom for 60 minutes. After 30 minutes, place a piece of baking paper over the bread to prevent it from overcooking. 100g of bread contains the following nutritional values: 416 kcal, 15g fat, 50g protein, 16g carbohydrates.
