Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 25 g vanilla-flavored protein powder
- 15 g almond(s), ground
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 2 tsp sweetener, liquid
- 60 g blueberries
- Oil or butter/margarine

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
Quick and easy
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Cook small pancakes in butter/margarine or oil. The specified amount of sweetener and the type of berries can, of course, be varied to your liking. Mash the berries with a spoon if desired. Add some jam and you have the perfect low-carb protein breakfast!
