Low-carb brownies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g almonds, ground
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 eggs, size L
  • 80 g erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • 40 g baking cocoa
  • 30 g milk
  • 9 g cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 80 g chocolate, dark, sugar-free, chopped
  • 20 g almonds, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mix the dry ingredients. Melt the butter. Add the milk and eggs to the dry ingredients. Gradually add the butter, stirring constantly. Then fold in the chopped chocolate. Pour the batter into a 17.5 x 17.5 cm square pan or baking frame. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 25-30 minutes. Test the doneness with a skewer. Remove from the oven and let cool. Then cut into pieces. Tip: If you like, you can decorate the brownies with a little melted dark chocolate or sprinkle with ground erythritol.
