  • 500 g cream
  • 500 g yogurt (stracciatella yogurt)
  • 1 pack of frozen raspberries
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • n. B. sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious, sweet and easy to make

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold in the yogurt. Pour into dessert glasses, top with the raspberries, and sprinkle generously with brown sugar. And your delicious dessert is ready.
