Low-carb chicken curry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 700 g carrot(s)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 ml water
  • Wok seasoning
  • turmeric
  • curry powder
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Low carb, easy and quick

Cut the chicken into pieces and fry in a little oil in a pan. Slice the carrots and add them. Add the water and simmer until the carrots are tender. Season the dish generously with stir-fry spice, turmeric, and curry powder. Finally, stir in the cream cheese.
