Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 20 g vegetable fat (Rama Culinesse)
- 2 tbsp water
- 30 g coconut flour
- 3 eggs, size M
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of turmeric
- 1 small can of white tuna
- 1 onion(s), white or red, cut into fine rings
- some Parmesan or cheese of your choice
- 1 pinch(s) spice mix (zathar)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Quick pizza slices
Mix all ingredients except the tuna, onions, cheese, and zathar thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe dish, smooth it out, and microwave on high for about 2 minutes, or bake in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for 10-15 minutes. Remove the dough from the dish and cut two slits. Spread the white tuna on top, add the onion rings, sprinkle with cheese, salt, and sprinkle with zathar. Continue baking until the cheese has melted and the dish looks delicious. A sour cream dip goes perfectly with this. These “buns” can also be used as an alternative to a burger or as a side dish, for example, with chicken fricassee.
