Minced Meat Pizza Bread with Cinnamon and Raisins; Gratinated with Cheese

The perfect minced meat pizza bread with cinnamon and raisins; gratinated with cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Minced meat
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 pinch Chilli flakes
  • 1 Msp Cinnamon
  • 25 g Pine nuts
  • 1 Pc. Tomato sauce from the glass, which is included with the pizza dough
  • 25 g Raisins
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley
  • 400 g Pizza dough; corresponds to a role from the refrigerated shelf
  • 125 g Feta or any other cheese
  • 1 tbsp Sesame
  • 1 tbsp Black cumin
  1. Finely dice the onion and clove of garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it until it is brown and crumbly. Add onion and garlic and fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and cinnamon. Roast the pine nuts briefly.
  2. Add the finished tomato sauce and bring to the boil briefly, then simmer for a few more minutes on a low level so that the sauce is no longer too runny. Stir in the raisins and chopped parsley.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the mince in the middle of the length of the dough and fold both sides of the dough over the minced meat, but so that there is still a gap in the middle. Crumble the feta and sprinkle on top. Alternatively, you can of course use any other cheese. Brush the dough with the remaining oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and black cumin.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for about 17 – 20 minutes until golden yellow.
