Minced Meat Pizza in No Time

The perfect minced meat pizza in no time recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 Diced yellow peppers
  • 1 piece Diced garlic clove and onion
  • 4 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Curry ketchup with chilli
  • 4 Discs Gouda diced
  • 1-2 tbsp Kräuter
  • Olives
  • Samba olek, paprika powder, salt, pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp Creme fraich
  • 6 Discs Gouda cut into strips
  • 5 Tomatoes
  1. Put the minced meat, bell pepper, onion and garlic in the hot pan and fry (until the mince is crumbly) remove from the heat. Then stir in everything from the ketchup to the pepper. Roll out the yeast dough *. Brush with creme fraich. Now the mince on top, cheese on top and the tomatoes on top. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees lower and upper heat for about 20 minutes. The measure is enough for a sheet! * Ready-made or homemade yeast dough (i.e. 500g flour, 1 egg, 1 packet of dry yeast, salt, water)
  2. I made my yeast dough myself. Since the dough would easily have been enough for two trays, I spread the rest of the creme on the other tray, covered it with onions and bacon and made another tarte flambée. Have fun !
