Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 200 g ground almonds
  • 75 g margarine or oil
  • 4 eggs
  • n. B. Sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Beat the egg yolks, margarine, and the remaining salt for 1-2 minutes until fluffy. Briefly stir in the baking soda and ground almonds. Add sweetener to taste. Carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into 12 muffin tins or a springform pan. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for about 20 minutes. To be on the safe side, use a toothpick test. Every oven heats differently.
