  • 1 pot of yogurt, 3.5%, 500 g
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder
  • Liquid sweetener to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the nectarines thoroughly, remove the seeds, and cut the fruit into pieces. Place them in a tall bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and blend until finely ground. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and process according to the instructions. I got 18 small scoops of ice cream from the mixture.
