Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 eggs
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- e.g. salami
- e.g. mushrooms
- e.g. tomato(s)
- salt and pepper

quick, easy, delicious
Halve the peppers crosswise to create small boats. Remove the seeds and core. Mix the eggs, sour cream, and cheese and season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Then add the diced salami, tomatoes, and mushrooms (as desired) to the mixture and fill the pepper boats evenly. Bake the pepper pizzas in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes, until a crust forms.
