Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 2 kiwis
- 1 persimmon
- 1 handful of cranberries, dried fruit if desired
- 100 ml condensed milk, fat content as desired
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- some stevia, powdered sweetener, or powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the fruit and cut into small pieces. Layer the mixture into small bowls or mix well in a bowl. Whisk the condensed milk and cream stiffener until the desired consistency is reached. Sweeten with stevia or powdered sugar at the end and drizzle over the fruit. Serve beautifully arranged as a dessert.
