- 75 g sugar
- 75 g flour
- 75 ml maple syrup
- 75 g nuts (macadamia nuts)
- 5 g ginger powder
- 5 g cinnamon, ground
- 50 g butter

Finely grind the macadamia nuts with a hand blender. Then add the sugar, maple syrup, ginger powder, cinnamon, and butter. Slowly add the flour and mix well until a dough forms. Roll the dough into balls of any size, flatten them into ovals, and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C (medium heat) until golden brown.
