Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 300 g macaroni
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 cubes of meat broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g Gouda, grated
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in oil. Add the ground beef and brown, then sauté with the tomato paste. Deglaze with the passata and water, add the stock cube, salt, sugar, and pepper, stir briefly, and then cook for 6 minutes. Add the uncooked macaroni to the baking dish. Pour the meat sauce into the baking dish and spread it evenly between the macaroni. Pour the crème fraîche and cheese over the top. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Serve with a salad.
