Ingredients

  • 250 g Macaroni
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 400 g Minced meat
  • 1 Onion
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 375 ml Milk
  • 1 corner Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Food starch
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Cook the macaroni in salted water with a little oil for 10-12 minutes until cooked. Drain.
  • Lightly fry the mince in a little oil, add the finely chopped onion, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Scald tomatoes and peel them. Bring the milk to the boil for the sauce. Bring the cheese to the boil while stirring. Thicken the cheese sauce with the cold mixed cornstarch, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Lightly grease a fire-proof dish. Spread half of the macaroni on the bottom. Put the minced meat on top and press the tomatoes lightly into the minced meat mixture. Cover everything with pasta so that the tomatoes remain visible.
  • Baste with sauce and bake for 30 minutes at 225 degrees. And now let it taste.
